Images > 2011 Large scale Paintings on Panel w/ assemblage

This small group of paintings is a reflection of automatic thought and memory. The purpose for this process is to work on the consciousness of the moment, and what the mind thinks and responds to - one mark and then another. You will come across the play with words, rhymes, texture, form, and layers of thoughts existing and then becoming a blurr. One of my most prevelant influences is Cy Twombly and his intellectual thoughts on painting and living. He recently died, so my mind has been on him and his wonderful work.
