Images > 2011 Paintings on Linen Stretched on Panel: Fall/Winter

This painting is a direct response to an interview on NPR about a Pastor in New Jersey who set up a tent camp for the homeless. These "campers" lost their homes in the economic collapse, that started around 2005. It's a look into how we can live, and how we choose to live...or how we are forced to live based on bigger economic events. The vulnerability of our existance contrasts our strengths and stamina.
